I am aware that there is no simple job description for the work I do in the world.
I can describe aspects of it: I seem to have been gifted with some abilities as a compelling speaker, a poet and writer, a facilitator, an anchor of collaborative conversations, a keen observer of process and patterns. I have been blessed with an interesting life which has allowed me to travel and connect and listen and learn. I have had some particularly intense and useful lived experiences in the search for my own authentic balanced leadership. I feel have been carefully prepared for my divine assignment ... which is to join with many others to build
this bridge into a new kind of compassionate, sustainable world.
My particular passion is to bring feminine energy back into balance on our planet. My friend and co-creator Penny McManigal once described me as a
'Pattern Keeper'. The energy of that phrase traveled through me and made the hair on the back of my neck stand up, which in my experience is always a good test for truth and destiny. It comes close to describing my assignment as I understand it... at least for today. By tomorrow, it may well expand and
transform just like everything else.
