Our assignment is no single simple thing. It is a remarkably complex matrix of overlapping projects, initiatives, names, cultures, personalities, processes and passions. There are whole dimensions of it that none of us has ever glimpsed. It will take all of us. And we will have to be smart. There are no maps or blueprints because no one else on this planet has ever successfully constructed one of these brilliant structures.
